This is important, because products that DO contain acids will react with natural airborne moisture (humidity/water). Once activated, the acids in the paper begin to breakdown the paper pulp, producing yellowing, cracking and finally disintegration of the paper product. Our prints will never do this, again, because we use only 100% acid free paper. And our framing procedure ensures that your print will never come in contact with anything that will damage it. We use only 100% archival, acid-free materials and only suspended mounting methods (no permanent adhesives), meaning that you will be able to remove the print at a later date, if you ever decide to reframe it. Finally, we complete your framed art with special Ultra Violet protective glass facing (LAXAN or Plexiglas can be substituted if safety is a concern). Your framed art will arrive ready to hang, with hooks, wire and the full beauty that you expect.
