was created in 1961, and depicts a beautiful and timeless
scene in historic Central Park, New York. Mr. Tar loved to paint
and draw in Central Park and throughout New York City. On this
day he found this romantic setting on the large lake, west of the
row boat house and with the Bow Bridge in view.
