About this Work of Art ~
"Snow
Day"
was created in 1964 by Laszlo Tar, and reflects a truly romantic
and popular scene in historic Central Park, New York City. It
is definitely a Snow Day for the kids and the kids at heart.
Sleigh
riding, strolling or riding in a horse carriage with somebody
warm by your side. Mr. Tar loved Central Park and he would go
there
often to paint and
draw.
He lived in uptown Manhattan with his family from 1960 to 1969.
On this day he reflects a timeless moment of joy in a manner
that is so artistic - Simple strokes for a simple moment. Enjoy
this
very special masterpiece!
