"Snowy
Park"
was created in 1964, and features a winter view of uptown historic
Central Park. It is a beautiful winter morning and
a wet snow fell last night. Not the best day for bike riding in
the park, but somebody was doing just that and ended up frozen
forever in this wonderful winter scene. Laszlo Tar loved painting
in Central Park and he would go out almost in any weather and do
so. 40+ years ago, he created this simply wonderful watercolor
painting. Very lovely indeed.
The print is a Giclée produced
on Eclipse (150lb),
100% cotton rag paper using fine pigment inks. Just 90 signed and
numbered prints (and 10 Artist Proofs) exist of this
beautiful work of art!
