About this Work of Art ~
"Blue
River"
was created in 2007 by Laszlo Tar. It features an amazing and painterly
interpretation of the view of the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania skyline
and the many beautiful bridges of The Golden Triangle, as viewed
from Mount Washington. Mr. Tar and his wife lived in Pittsburgh,
PA for a short period, from 2006 to 2007, until her passing. This
is one of a very limited collection of his Pittsburgh
Art Prints. A wonderful work.
The
original is a watercolor & goauche on paper and the print
captures the beauty of that medium in
perfect
detail.
The print is a Giclée produced
on Eclipse (150lb),
100% cotton rag paper using fine pigment inks. Just 90 signed and
numbered prints (and 10 Artist Proofs) exist of this
beautiful work of art!
