moment in historic Central Park, New York.
Mr. Tar loved to paint and draw in Central Park and throughout
New
York
City.
He would take his family to the park on weekends to play and picnic.
On this early Spring day, he found this romantic view that will
have special meaning
to anyone who has ever enjoyed a horse carriage ride, running,
strolling, bike riding - or just plain relaxing in Central Park.
