About this Work of Art ~
"Our
Secret Spot"
was created by Laszlo Tar in 1986. The scene
is a colorful view from an Oyster Bay Long
Island beach across from the old Moran Shipyard.
The story (in brief) about this work, is that
Mr. Tar's son, Julius,  found this then little
traveled spot while exploring Long Island with
is dog named "Pug". J.
Tar and Pug would go to this place often and
Pug would swim and run up and down the beach.
It was a happy time and it was their Secret
Spot. Laszlo Tar loved to paint throughout
the north shore of Long Island. On this summer
day he joined his son (and Pug) and created
this wonderful painterly piece. May it bring
back many great memories for you as well!
The
original is a watercolor painting and the print is perfect
replica.

on Eclipse (150lb),
