About this Work of Art ~
"Queensboro
Bridge" is
a unique and colorful print of an original watercolor work of the
59th Street, Queensboro Bridge in New York City as viewed from
Queens, New York. This work was created
by Laszlo
Tar in
1964 and is very similar to another piece No.
2324067 that he created
in 1979 from almost the same exact spot. The city
skyline is just hinted in the distance, as red tug steams up the
waters of the East
River. Really wonderful!
The print is a Giclée produced on Eclipse (150lb),
100% cotton rag paper using fine pigment inks. Just 90 signed and numbered prints
(and 10 Artist Proofs) exist of this lovely work of art!
As with all of our art, this work comes with a Lifetime
