Beautiful View"
was created in 1971 by Laszlo Tar, and reflects a truly beautiful
view of the downtown New York City skyline as seen from Governors
Island. Mr. Tar had special persmission from the United States
Coast Guard to paint from the island, and he would do so often.
On
this
day, he captured this fantastic and everlasting scene that includes
the noble Twin Towers along with the forest of colorful buildings
and water dynamics that is all New York. A very special masterpiece!
The
original is a watercolor & goauche on paper and the print
captures the beauty of that medium in
perfect
detail.
The print is a Giclée produced
on Eclipse (150lb),
100% cotton rag paper using fine pigment inks. Just 90 signed and
numbered prints (and 10 Artist Proofs) exist of this
beautiful work of art!
