"Todd
Shipyard "
was created in 1962, and features a view from
Hoboken, New Jersey, along the Hudson River,
with the Empire State Building in the back
drop and the Todd Shipyard with cargo train
containers in the fore. Todd Shipyard was a
noted builder of Naval and commercial vessels.
Laszlo Tar loved the view of New York City
from Hoboken and he would be drawn there numerous
times throughout his career. 40+ years ago,
he found this wonderful scene -- the truly
perfect addition to any fine-art collection
- priceless.
