created by Laszlo Tar in 1995. Mr. Tar grabs a "fun" moment
that is familiar to so many of us -- The romance of
a Carousel ride
in Central Park -- with the mass of children, balloons and cheers
of joy -- you can
almost
hear the music of the classic carousel organ! The setting is
the historic Central Park carousel and as with all of
his works this
piece was
completed on location.
